From time to time we have written programs that have very little to
do with our core business. As couple of these programs may be of interest,
we have presented them here.
These have also been presented here as exercises in using the
W3C’s SVG2 with JavaScript.
For those interested in SVG2, a further exercise in using
this is provided in the presentation of
our cycling group’s route maps.
The first of these is the
Betagraph demonstration. This was a project that I worked on a long
time ago, when LEDs were somewhat more expensive than they are today.
The other is the
Pentomino program. It concerns finding each way a set of shapes
may be arranged into a rectangle.
